Since 2013, Intelligensa have been delivering affordable, flexible, high-quality training led by fully qualified, insured trainers with extensive professional experience. We are Bild ACT Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) certified training providers.
Our trainers hold teaching and subject-specific qualifications to a minimum of BTEC Level 3, including Physical Intervention, Conflict Management, Risk Assessment, Self-Defence, SIA Physical Intervention, Mechanical Restraints training and Safeguarding.
Training is available nationwide and internationally, 7 days a week, including evenings. We offer in-house, accredited and certified courses for organisations of all sizes.
Our courses focus on recognising escalation triggers and safely managing behaviours of distress, reducing risk to staff and service users. We work with schools, the NHS, private care providers, secure patient transport services, foster families, local authorities, charities, national companies and government agencies.
Training is delivered through a blend of online learning (optional), presentations, discussion, demonstrations, role play and practical physical intervention techniques.
