These courses equip professionals with the skills and knowledge to identify, manage, and safely remove ligatures, a critical intervention in environments where people may attempt to take their own lives.

- Asphyxiation and dangers of asphyxiation
- Examples of potential ligatures & anchor points
- Environment risk assessment
- Safe ligature removal
- Types of ligature cutters and how to safely use them
- Preservation of evidence
- Maintenance and hygiene of ligature cutters
